February 2010 introduces a new, free Nutrition for a Healthy Heart class that will be offered twice each month.
February 11, at Bon Secours Health Center at Virginia Beach, “Get Heart Smart“ offers free health screens for glucose, Body Mass Index and blood pressure, followed by a panel Q & A session with Bon Secours heart specialists. Space is limited – don’t delay in registering.
February 27, at Thomas Nelson Community College and at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott, Bon Secours hosts Day of Dance for Heart Health events. Free health screenings, dance performance, dance lessons, heart healthy cooking demonstrations await you.
