When was the last time you picked out a new pair of sneakers? Fitness professionals will tell you the expensive truth: proper footwear is just as important as staying hydrated.
If you like to run, get running shoes. If you take step aerobics, get a cross-training shoe. If you’re into cardio dance classes, look for a shoe that has no tread on the bottom or sides. Some have a handy pivot point for the ball of your foot.
And once you find the right pair of sneakers, remember to replace them every six months or less. Your feet will thank you!
