Tea Time!

Researchers have found that drinking green tea can lower bad cholesterol levels by nearly 2 percent, according to a Chinese report published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Green tea is also possibly effective for reducing the growth of abnormal cells on the cervix cause by HPV, according to the National Institutes of Health.

Just make sure you drink fewer than five cups per day, health officials recommend.
