Dr. Oz recommends drinking milk, eating nuts and foods with Vitamin B to elevate your mood.

Milk can help increase your serotonin levels, which affect your emotions. Nuts – particularly walnuts, pecans and pistachios – contain high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to help battle depression. A lack of Vitamin B can give you fatigue and contribute to anemia.
