Chocolate lovers will love this sweet news: eating a considerable amount of chocolate may lower a woman’s risk of having a stroke. Researchers from Sweden found that women who ate two candy bars a week had a 20 percent reduced risk of having a stroke.

But before you start eating chocolate bars every week, remember that health professionals also recommend maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, quitting smoking and eating nutritious food to reduce the risk of stroke.

The study will be published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
