Aerobic Exercise Helps Ease Menopause Symptoms

Woman running on soft surfaceWomen take note. Not only is aerobic exercise good for your heart and waistline, apparently it can help reduce some of the symptoms of menopause.

A small study of women in Finland found that those who did aerobics for six months had fewer night sweats, mood swings and irritability. The study, published in the journal Menopause, tracked women as they exercised four times of week doing various activities such as: walking, jogging, cycling, swimming and taking aerobics.
