First off, let’s get this straight: researchers are not saying you’ll lose weight by eating lots of chocolate. But, they have published a study in Archives of Internal Medicine, a peer-reviewed journal, that shows people who ate chocolate a few times every week – or more – weighed less than those who never nibbled.

Of course those of us who are really interested in losing weight and forming healthy eating habits should consult their doctor or a Registered Dietitian.
