In just six weeks, participants in a small study from Scotland found their skin tone slightly changing to have more yellow and red tones. Those who ate one to three more servings of fruit and vegetables in a day than they normally did had the most noticeable change on skin tone. Researchers reported their findings in the journal PLoS One.
