Even Moderate Exercise Helps Prevent Breast Cancer, Research Suggests

Previous research has shown that vigorous exercise during childbearing years has been linked to a lower breast cancer risk after menopause.

Researchers noted that this study, like previous ones, does not prove that exercise reduces the risk of breast cancer. It shows a correlation.
