Bon Secours DePaul Promotes McMahan to Administrative Director, Operations and Ambulatory

Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center announced that Rebecca McMahan has been promoted to Administrative Director, Operations and Ambulatory Services, effective September 8, 2013.  In her new role, Ms. McMahan will be responsible for the integration, facilitation and coordination of administrative and operational practice for facility services to include Engineering, Safety and Security and Environmental Services. In addition, she will have oversight of contracted services encompassing BioMed and Nutrition Services, as well as ancillary and support services consisting of Laboratory, Pharmacy, Cardiology, Radiology and Tumor Registry at DePaul.

 

During her career with Bon Secours, Ms. McMahan has served in several capacities including administrative intern at Bon Secours Richmond, administrative resident at Bon Secours Hampton Roads and assistant to the chief executive officer (CEO) of Bon Secours Hampton Roads (BSHR).  Most recently, she was assistant to the CEO at DePaul. In this role, she was instrumental in the ConnectCare Go-Live ramp up of the Morrison transition in Food Services and with our recent Joint Commission Survey.

 

Ms. McMahan received her masters in healthcare administration from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Va.
